Researches of the endowed professorship for Project Development and Management at the Vienna University of Technology have shown that property management companies do not respond to uncertain markets with the same sense of innovation as companies in other sectors, but rather stick to the good old products and strategies.

The initiative is working on (a) the boosting of uncertain markets, (b) specifically, potential new products and producers, and (c) opportunities for dealing with project risks, particularly through the use of real cases.
